It’s not a bad value overall, and I can see why some people would be happy with it. I just expected a little more for what I paid. Nothing is seriously wrong, but something feels a bit off, like it’s missing that extra bit of quality or polish I was hoping for.

I was able to get through to them on the phone, so I’ll give them credit for that. But i do blame the support team a bit for how long it took sometimes. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as quick or smooth as I’d hoped...

"Canceling was easier than I thought"
I had to cancel my travel insurance and was expecting it to be a whole thing, but it was actually straightforward. The steps made sense, and I got the confirmation back faster than I thought I would. They didn’t try to talk me out of it or make me wait around forever, which I really appreciated. If I need cover again, I’d probably use them, especially after how easy that was

I wasn’t totally sure about sorting travel insurance online at first, but Goodtogo made the whole thing simple. The information was clear, and it felt like a sensible choice without having to overthink it. It’s the kind of thing you just want to get done properly, and I felt confident with what I was buying. Good to know help was there if I needed it too. I’d use them again.

I went with goodtogoinsurance because I needed travel insurance that would cover my pre-existing condition. The medical questions were a bit long, but they were straightforward enough and I ended up with a quote that seemed fair. The only thing that annoyed me was that parts of the website weren’t very clearly explained, so I had to spend a bit of time working out what to do next. Still, it did what I needed it to do and I felt more relaxed going away

"Helpful, but clearer wording would’ve helped"
The policy details were all there, and I was able to find most of what I needed, but a few parts were harder to follow than they needed to be. I had to reread some sections a couple of times just to make sure I understood them. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but the confusion felt preventable if things were explained in plainer, more straightforward language.

"Fine, but not very flexible"
I used goodtogoinsurance.com and it was perfectly okay, I suppose, but I did find the policy options a bit frustrating. I was hoping to adjust a few things to better suit my trip, but there really wasn’t much room to change anything. It felt like I was just picking from a set list of fixed options, which was a little annoying. It did the job in the end, but I wouldn’t say it’s ideal if you need something more tailored.
